The David Horton Agency was started in 1981, servicing customers in South Arkansas County as well as surrounding communities. David grew up in Southeast Arkansas County in St. Charles, Arkansas. He attended college at ASU in Jonesboro and after finishing school came back and resides in Arkansas County. He is a proud native of this great county, married and has a nice family. When not in the office working he can be found outdoors fishing, hunting and golf.
